Submitting a Correction Request

If you believe you have found an error in our content, please let us know. The most effective way to report an error is to use our contact form:

  1. Go to our Contact Us page.
  2. Select the subject "Correction / Fact Check" from the dropdown menu.
  3. In your message, please include the following:
    • The URL of the article or content in question.
    • The specific text or information you believe is incorrect.
    • An explanation of why you believe it is incorrect, including links to supporting evidence or sources if available.
    • Your contact information (optional).

You may also email us directly at corrections@rbnbroadcast.com with the same information.

Our Correction Process

Review: Upon receiving a correction request, our editorial team will review the claim and the content in question.

Investigation: We will investigate the error by consulting the original sources, the reporter, and any new information provided.

Action: If an error is confirmed, we will take appropriate corrective action. The nature of the correction will depend on the severity of the error.

Types of Corrections

Minor Errors: For typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or other minor factual inaccuracies that do not alter the core meaning of the story, the content will be updated directly. No formal correction notice will be added.

Significant Errors: For substantial errors of fact that alter the understanding of a story, we will correct the article and add a clear correction notice. The notice will be placed at the top or bottom of the article, explaining what was incorrect and the date of the correction.

Editor’s Notes & Retractions: In rare cases where a story is found to be fundamentally flawed, we may add a detailed editor’s note or, in the most extreme circumstances, retract the story entirely. A retraction means the content is removed and replaced with a notice explaining why it has been taken down.

We believe that this transparent process is essential for maintaining the trust of our audience. We appreciate your help in upholding our commitment to accuracy.
