Terms of Use

Ruby Broadcast Network, operating under the brand name RBN Broadcast, is a digital media and broadcasting vertical wholly owned, operated, and controlled by Bani Global Industries LLP.

All rights, titles, interests, liabilities, and obligations arising from the operation of RBN Broadcast vest exclusively with Bani Global Industries LLP.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Bani Global Industries LLP.

By accessing, browsing, streaming, or using any part of the RBN Broadcast platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including all future amendments.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must immediately discontinue access to the platform.

Platform: includes all websites, subdomains, applications, APIs, and digital services operated under RBN Broadcast.

Content: includes news articles, music, audio recordings, videos, Gurbani Kirtan, visuals, graphics, metadata, and all related materials.

User: means any individual or entity accessing the platform, whether registered or not.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.

Users must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

Minors may access the platform only under parental or guardian supervision.

The LLP disclaims liability for unauthorized access by minors.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream content strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Any use beyond the permitted scope is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property on the platform is owned by or licensed to Bani Global Industries LLP.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement under applicable laws.

The LLP reserves the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings.

News content is published on a best-effort basis using available sources.

Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness is not guaranteed.

Content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Music and audio content may be streamed only.

Downloading, redistribution, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

Rights-holder claims must be submitted to studio@rbnbroadcast.com.

The LLP disclaims liability for personal interpretations or misuse.

Users must comply with all applicable laws.

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.

The LLP’s decision in enforcement matters is final.

The LLP does not endorse or control third-party content.

Access is at the user’s own risk.

The LLP may suspend or terminate access without notice.

Termination does not waive accrued rights or remedies.

Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the LLP shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The LLP may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Invalid provisions shall not affect enforceability of remaining clauses.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the LLP.
