1. PURPOSE & LEGAL INTENT
This Policy defines the framework for receiving, assessing, and responding to requests, notices, orders, or communications from government authorities, regulators, courts, and law-enforcement agencies.
The objectives are to:
- Ensure compliance with lawful directions
- Safeguard due process and legal rights
- Maintain platform integrity and operational continuity
- Prevent unauthorized or informal interference
2. APPLICABILITY & SCOPE
This Policy applies to all interactions with:
- Courts of competent jurisdiction
- Central, State, and local government departments
- Statutory and regulatory authorities
- Law-enforcement agencies
The Policy covers requests relating to:
- Content takedown, blocking, or modification
- Disclosure of information or records
- Investigations, inquiries, or proceedings
- Emergency or public-order situations
3. AUTHORIZED CHANNELS & REPRESENTATION
All government or law-enforcement communications must be addressed exclusively to the Legal & Compliance Department.
No employee, contributor, partner, or third party is authorized to respond on behalf of RBN Broadcast without written authorization.
Unauthorized representations shall be treated as invalid.

4. VALIDITY & VERIFICATION OF REQUESTS
The LLP shall act only upon requests that are:
- Issued by a competent authority
- Properly signed or authenticated
- Supported by legal provisions or orders
Informal, oral, email-only, or unverifiable requests may be declined or held pending verification.
The LLP reserves the right to seek clarification or additional documentation.
5. CONTENT TAKEDOWN & RESTRICTION REQUESTS
Content may be removed, blocked, or restricted where:
- Directed by a lawful court order
- Required under applicable statutes
- Necessary to prevent imminent harm or public disorder
Actions may be taken without prior notice to users or contributors where legally mandated.
Takedown does not constitute admission of wrongdoing.
6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION & RECORDS
Disclosure of information shall be limited to:
- The scope expressly required by law
- The minimum data necessary for compliance
The LLP shall not disclose: Information without lawful authority or Data beyond the scope of the request.
Where permissible, confidentiality and data-protection safeguards shall be applied.
7. EMERGENCY & PUBLIC-ORDER SITUATIONS
In situations involving imminent risk to life, public order, or national security, the LLP may take immediate action as required by law.
Post-action review and documentation shall be maintained by the Legal & Compliance Department.
8. USER NOTIFICATION
Where legally permissible, affected users or contributors may be notified of:
- Content restrictions
- Disclosure actions
Notification may be withheld where prohibited by law or where it may impede an investigation.
9. RECORD-KEEPING & AUDIT TRAIL
All government and law-enforcement requests, actions taken, and communications shall be recorded.
Records shall be retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Such records may be produced before authorities or courts where lawfully required.
10. CROSS-BORDER REQUESTS
Requests originating outside India shall be evaluated for:
- Jurisdictional competence
- Applicability under Indian law
The LLP does not submit to foreign jurisdiction unless required by applicable law or treaty.
11. NO VOLUNTARY SURVEILLANCE
RBN Broadcast does not engage in voluntary surveillance or proactive monitoring for government agencies.
Actions are taken only upon lawful request or statutory obligation.
12. PROTECTION OF PLATFORM & USER RIGHTS
The LLP shall balance lawful cooperation with:
- Freedom of expression
- Privacy and data protection
- Editorial independence
Overbroad or unlawful requests may be challenged or declined in accordance with law.
13. INDEMNITY & LIABILITY LIMITATION
The LLP shall not be liable for actions taken in good faith to comply with lawful requests.
Liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. NO WAIVER & RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Failure to challenge or refuse a request shall not constitute waiver of rights.
All legal defenses and remedies are expressly reserved.
15. POLICY UPDATES
This Policy may be amended to reflect changes in law or regulatory practice.
Continued interaction with the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Bani Global Industries LLP shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Policy constitutes the authoritative framework governing all government, law-enforcement, and regulatory interactions with RBN Broadcast.
